my baby who is now 2.5 years he was having viral fever 3 days ago and now he got mouth ulcers in hm all over the mouth not able to eat anything what ointment or gel can be applied in this condition

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Apply Dolo gel at least three times in the day and specially half an hour before you give food to the child that would be good and apart from that would recommend you to give water with fennel seeds and start giving B complex supplement
