my baby who is 10months old has developed tiny small pinpoint like rashes....can u please let me know what exactly it is?

It is all over the body or some areas? Please mention in the post. I would suggest to apply coconut oil and your breastmilk. This will help. If it doesn't then apply bitadin powder or Clocip powder.
It is common to get pimples at this stage. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
