my baby while trying to poop starts to cry.. I gave hime colic relief syrup but still he is crying

A. Bonnisan you can give five drops one time maximum four times in the day I don’t know what medicine you are giving but this is actually the best to be given and you can give it every day also just give it only in the case of need and you will see the child will settle within 5 to 10 minutes
