my baby while sleeping he is rubbing eyes and face why and it's normal or he trying sleep tell me

A. this is normal baby may do so .It is normal in babies at this age . It is physiological and no need to worry for this and no need of medication for this at this time . But can consult a dcotor for baby examination for any further problem .
