my baby when drink milk or cerelac she started loose motion with sound and too much gas problem.. from 3 month I m observing this.. is this lactose intolerance pls suggest remedy or treatment

A. child is having any kind of loose motions along with gas related issue there may be some infection or some intolerance to that particular food so better to avoid that and consult your doctor once
