my baby weight is 4kgs. Please suggest any medicine for baby growth

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. my baby birth weight 2.5kg. now my baby 2 months 14 days old, now weight is 4 kg giving breast feeding milk only. baby is passing stool 4-5 times a day. please suggest any medicine for baby growth and to reduce stool

Hi Please mention all the details into the query when you posted you have not posted the birth weight of your child you have just said that your child is 4 KG so age both wait what are you giving breastfeeding formula feeding nothing you tell us so I did you cannot help you with it
