A. Hello mom would recommend thag you use a small size diaper .. every brand has the size mentioned according to the weight of the baby.. you need to read on the cover

A. hello mam,if you are using mamypoko pants diapers for your baby and your baby has 4.5kg weight then you should use S-size(small size) diaper for your baby.Generally ,Small size diapers are used for the babies whose weight is between 4 to 8 kg .
