my baby weight is 16 kg... she is 2 year old... is she ok..

A. Yes, it's OK. The best way is to give nutritious diet to the child including milk 500ml daily woth other milk products, overnight soaked almonds 2 to 3 daily in the morning, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, lentils. Proteins are very important for good growth so give nuts, peas, beans, lentils, egg, fish as all these are rich source of protein.

A. hi it's fine. baby should be active and passing urine six to eight times in a day minimum sleeping soundly and achieving milestones on time then not to worry about weight much. keep giving all home made foods which are easily digestible and nutritious

A. Weight is on the higher side of the normal range consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis. Give a healthy diet to the baby avoid giving fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets.
