my baby was vaccinated of 10 weeks yesterday, she's passing loose tools 9 to 10 times like a watery type is it normal or we have to consult a doctor?

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermittna two times 3 day
