Q.

my baby was suffering from pneumonia and urine infection last week. from yesterday she is not urinating frequently (12 hours gap) and getting fever from 99.6 to 100.3

A. you need to consult with your doctor if your baby is having UTI because proper antibiotics will be required and for fever Paracetamol can be given but try to keep a well hydrated by breastfeeding at regular intervals and giving some water if above six months
