my baby was stepdown on floor there is spelling and x ray also cleared no issues with leg but she is not working properly

Author of questionMom of 2 children1 month agoA. spelling mistake. actually my first child have 3years old age.she is fell down. in x ray also no damage or any crack on bone, doctor said no issue with leg. but she's not walking properly so can you suggest anything for that problem
