Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also frmake the room engvironment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Minimum sleep of 12 hours is required at this age also if your child is sleeping for at least 12 hours in a day then it is completely fine but if your child is not maintaining that much of a type that you should get it assessed with your doctor ones to have clarity on the situationWrite Your Answer Here
