my baby was not eating food& food supplements. only taking milk, and some fruits. please tell me the suggestion?

U Should consult your paediatrician ones seems like maybe your child is having some deficiency which is why your child is having a very suppress appetite according to the age so what’s your figure that out the correct medicines can be suggested for the child
