Q.
My baby was having cough and fever on 24th August. I visited doctor and he gave some syrups and nebuliser for 3 days. only the fever was gone but the cough did not. Again I visited another doctor 2 times. Everything is normal for 2 to 3 days then again the same problem. anow again she is having cough, sneezing and runny nose. What may be the reason. please suggest something. I donno where to go now

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/ffdose as the first g line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
