Q.

My baby was feeding formula milk from birth. Now he completed 6 months. We are using Lactogen 1 till now. Can I continue with formula milk(Lactogen 2) or cow's milk?

A. Dear parent, cow milk is a better option than giving formula. Formula contains sugar and hence it is better to avoid. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
