Q.

my baby was born at 33weeks now she's 4 months corrected age... and she has flat head ..not improving with head repositioning...kindly help

A. Flat head in Babies is very common mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This will become normcgual by itself gradually when the skull grow in size and shape with age . No musturd seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required for the corrrction .

A. See It’s a normal thing with kids these days I would only tell you that you should never make your child sleep in one posture you should always keep changing it so as of now from wherever the child’s head is flat don’t make your child sleep on that side try to make your child sleep on other two sides not on that particular site hopefully by a month or so the head is going to retain its shape
