Q.
my baby was born 25 days earlier of my due date he was born of 1.600gm of weight now he is 3 months old and his weight is 3.800gm the problem is that i can't produce much milk for my baby so i have to give him the formula milk suggest me to produce enough milk for my baby

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! For improving breast milk have lactating foods in regular diet.
Mill,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic cloves in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema .
Give direct feed and frequent feeds have more water,fluids to improve milk production.
