Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, babies upto 6 months of age can hold their poop for 7 days and can even poop frequently in a day. And tat us absolutely normal. Do not worry at all about this. Just help your baby burp after a h feed. But if poop gets watery and green colour and also contains mucus then you should consult with your paediatric.
