Q.
my baby was a fever from last 7 days ... from last 2 days the maximum body temperature appx 98.5 - 99.0... is it normal?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. yaaa Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day. Visit ur pediatrician once.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. it is normal for babies 100° is considered as the normal temperature.. keep baby well hydrated water helps maintaining body temperature.. may be because of teething start with calcarae phosphorus..a homoeopathic medicine for teething use Babyhug teethers
