Q.
my baby was a fever from last 7 days ... from last 2 days the maximum body temperature appx 98.5 - 99.0... is it normal?

Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies
Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.

keep baby well hydrated water helps maintaining body temperature..
may be because of teething start with calcarae phosphorus..a homoeopathic medicine for teething
