my baby was 45days old and he got hard cough which syrup can I need him to get ride off from cough

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol meet dr for need of nebulization

You Should get a check with your paediatrician because your child is too small just 45 days old you should not give any medicine to the child without consulting your doctor because that would not be right for your child as well so it’s better to consult your paediatrician ones
