my baby was 3 months old he is not feed the milk properly and my Brest milk is not good it's like water type what can I do

Try to eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of liquids and gave 3 cups of milk and while feeding entire nipple and most of the aerola should be in mouth of baby and sit in a quiet place while feeding and make more skin to skin contact with the baby
