my baby was 14 months old, she dont have runny nose but she had brathing issue at evening and nyt, and has gurru gurru sound, and her throat also changed(voice also changed( especially at evening even she is not cried with that throat no sound is coming i think she had mucus at her thraot and nose...... any home remedies or medicines for that... what is the reason for that type of cold

A. dear mom. give your child stram inhalation or nebulization. feed luke warm water adding little bit of salt and turmeric. do ajwain rock salt potlu sek, use nasal saline drops for nose block
