my baby was 12 months old he is suffering with motions and got rashes please suggest me a remedy to get rid of it

tejaswi bitraMom of a 3 yr old boy2 years agoA. give an oil massage near the baby belly and also give some soft food, seek a doctor nearby. Soak two raisins in water and give that water to the baby twice.
