Okay so actually we do suggest you to feed your child exclusively on breastfeed for first 6 months complete but a lot of times the mother’s feed is not enough which is why the child doesn’t take proper growth or weight as expected so if that is the same situation with the child also you can start giving formula to improve the growth of your child
