My baby vomitted today and there is no fever . It seems she is having gas issues. Vomit was sticky felt like cough came out along with milk. What could be the reason?

A. Sometimes when kids generally throw up with a lot of intensity it can happen sometimes when the child is generally suffering with cough the mucus also comes out that way so these things are very commonly seen so need not worry about it as of now
