my baby vomit paracetamol I have give him again is there any problm? is it overdose?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is having a fever and you have given him paracetamol and he has a vomitng within 2 10 minutes then it’s okay
