Q.

my baby vomit and it's enter into his eyes. dies it effects my baby's eye?

A. no dear nothing to worry about. just clean the eyes with wet cotton ball. just make sure there is no redness. if the baby is feeling itching or redness then consult the doctor otherwise nothing to worry about.
