it appears to be allergic cough/cold ( most commonly seen in children less than 6 years of age).

hello put nasal drops and also use instant cold releif rub from Babyhug which can help and in regards to the medication it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
