Mom of a 4 m old boy1 week ago
Q.

My baby used to sleep for 4-5 hours in a stretch earlier but for the past 20-25 days he has developed a pattern of waking up every 2-3 hours in the night and cries for feed which goes on for at least 50 mins. What can I do to change /break this pattern?

A. Namaste Mom,, These patterns are just phases, and aren't permanent, but just temporary as such, so would be kept on varing gradually increasing his feed quantity as well would be good,

A. It may be associated with growth Spurt of the child in this age is common to be seen every child has the same face at a particular age or sometime at a different date this is normal but if you feel that session is very long so you can start giving powder milk during the nighttime for early and quick feeding
