my baby urine is yellow and red mix means and she had fever also

Yellow is fine if you see red it can be associated with any food if you have given dominantly in red colour or it is blood and maybe fever is also there because of that only as the blood in the urine can be associated with a urine infection so please check with your doctor and if required get a urine test done for your child
