my baby urine is in yellow color and her stool is hard.how to overcome this

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. baby urine is yellow, and hard stool keep baby well hydrated.. give frequent water, more of liquid intake, on demand after meals.. add fibre rich foods as papaya apple pear sapota daily curd for good digestion.. raisin water..
