my baby turns 6 ..can i start cerelac with breastmilk(mixing)

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom would suggest to first introduce the baby to liquids such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and once the baby accepts it well enough you may gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods

no need to mix with breast milk
you can also give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin
remember one new food one at a time
