my baby turns 5month old . shall i start to feed solid food ? if feed what should i feed for him?

ragi porridge rice porridge wheat porridge dalia sabudana cerelac blended khichdi puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple pear sapota banana papaya
remember one new food one at a time..
