When the tummy is infected you have to go ahead with a proper course of antibiotics and that can only be suggested by a doctor after understanding as to what is the exact situation and what kind of an infection is your child is suffering with so please don’t go for any random medicine is just like that you have to have a proper evaluation with your doctor in the first place
