Q.
My baby tries to vomit but not able to. she has congestion and sneezes to. she is 46 days old

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. this is occurring due to the cold the child is suffering from kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If baby is trying to vomit then try to keep baby in upright position and pat softly on the back of the baby. If baby is weak then it can happen that she is not able to do it in early stage. Don't worry it will be alright very soon
