my baby took immunisation on thigh the area has become a bit hard.. is it normal

A. hi dear mom.. .apply thermofob....it should go within a day or so....generally after vaccine one should do cold compress....then this problem.doesnt occur at all.. in future refer to vaccine and growth to know all the upcoming vaccine for your baby. happy parenting
