my baby tongue looks like having infection or white scar?Is it normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl9 months agoA. How can it be normal if there is an infection of a white car you have to get it checked with your doctor once this week we cannot give you assurance what the situation with Dr so at least you are hundred percent sure about if there’s an issue or not
