my baby teeth growth is very late. she hardly got only 6teeth she is now 2yr old. what should be done

first tooth eruption can occur between 7 months to 17 months of age. after that gradually all primary teeth will appear in the next 2 to 3 years.d
primary teeth begin to fall by 6 to 7 years gradually being replaced one after the another with secondary tooth.
usually all primary wdill be replaced with secondary tooth by 10 to 11 years of age.
