my baby taking only formula milk. how much formula milk given to her when she is 36 weeks and at what interval.

A. thanks for reply...my baby do sleep during taking formula milk, she is taking hardly 60-80 ml per feed, today she is 39 days year old . am I worried for her less intake of milk . what should I do, please tell me?

A. The average amount of formula that babies take per feeding is: Newborn: 2-3 ounces (60-90 mL) per feeding. 1 month old: 4 ounces (120 mL) per feeding. 2 months old: 5 ounces (150 mL) per feeding.Even if you can only breastfeed for a short while, your baby will still benefit. But the longer you breastfeed, the longer your baby is protected. The Department of Health advises breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months.
