Q.

my baby take typhoid vaccine and after that there is a light fever and pain and swelling in his thighs were the injection took.is this normal

A. after painful vaccines administration they can cause swelling in the limbs which can continue for more than two months a also. it does not require any treatment and should go away on its own. after vaccination immediatelly you should start applying ice as well as thrombophob gel to prevent such swellings from persisting

A. This is completely normal but just to be on the safer side if you can keep ice pack or ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been given it is going to help in settling down swelling and pain from the area and even if there is no fever you can go ahead with repeating paracetamol after every six hours if your child has pain
