my baby suffering from feaver .I give paracetamol . there is no response

A. same condition mere baby ka tha 3 days pahle doctor suggested Taxim - o drop 25 mg morning and evening 5 bund dena tha 3 days tk and fever hone pr 7-8 bund 3 times paracetamol dena tha dono dava ke bich me 10 minute ka difference hona chahiye ab mera baby thik hai bs use khanshi hai abhi

A. repeat paracetamol after 6 hours if the fever is again coming and then according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
