My baby suffering from cold from 1 month. Can I spread easy breath capsule around her so that it helps her in breathing nd sound sleep.

no Ma'am do not use any of those medications without consulting your Pediatrician.  it might be too strong for the baby.

Babies at this age can get cold upto 7-12 times a year. Nothing to worry.

You can use humidifier in the room...this will keep the air moist in the room and will not allow the mucus to harden. It will help to cure a runny nose and nasal congestion.

Keep the sleeping position slightly inclined and head slightly raised.  In an elevated position basically to ease breathing.

No home remedy medicines are suggested for such small babies especially giving orally.

If you are using saline drops then store bought  
are safer than home made as there is no risk of bacterial growth.

Please continue to breastfeed well as that is the best and safest form on nutrition for your baby and build immunity. The antibodies present in the breastmilk helps tye baby's bidy to build immunity against all types of germs and aids in proper hydration. Eat healthy and breastfeed your baby well.

Baby's clothing should be such to protect the chest from cold.

Keep baby's and your hands clean with water or baby wipes so that the germs don't spread.

Garlic and ajwain are known for its anti bacterial and anti viral properties. Dry roast 2 big cloves or garlic and ajwain on a tawa and once cooled maje it into a potli or tight pouch with a clean muslin cloth. Place it near the baby cot or cradle where the baby sleeps. The ajwainy garlicky smoke from the potli will help the baby to open the blocked nose and relieve from congestion.

As you are saying that your baby is one month old so firstly you should cover yourself because your baby is taking your feed and you should avoid rice & sour things in food & avoid cold water too . Apply some vaporub in your baby's feet & cover them will get better soon

You may use a vaporizer .
Place the vaporizer about a foot away and lie beside your baby  .Cover yourself and your baby with a blanket to ensure the vapors stay inside. You may do this  for about 30-45 minutes.
Indirect steam . -
Indirect steam is given by  holding baby   away from steamer in closed room
or in closed bathroom you sit with baby in lap and put  hot shower on.
Keep baby hydrated 
Elevate his head slightly while feeding.

Instead that do this: 
Ajwain or carom seeds have antiviral and antibacterial properties. Dry roast ajwain on a tava or pan. Put the ajwain in a cotton cloth  make a potli of it. Gently rub it on the baby’s chest, back, under feet and palms.

Make sure the potli is not very hot. First, test the temperature by putting the potli on your wrist. Make sure that the baby must have a single layer of clothing before you start to rub potli on the body.

Caution: Don’t rub it on the naked chest of your baby.

You can place potli near baby’s nose or in baby’s crib so that it can inhale ajwain smell. It is a really helpful remedy to cure baby’s cold.
