my baby suffered from loose motion from 1 oct we consult to the doctor gave medicine which is fine as from that bt still she hving the poop very thinning .

A child is constantly having loose motion despite of giving medication then maybe there is a chance of an infection you should get a stool test done for your child that is going to clear the picture about the situation and medication can be suggested accordingly
