A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day after consulting with your paediatrician

A. Hello dear parent, you should give your baby iron supplements but with doctor's prescription only. Give beet root to eat and give in different ways so y that bahbenjiys eating it., carrot, pomegranates , green leafy vegetables etc. Are good source of increasing hemoglobin.
