Q.

my baby sucks her thumb when going to sleep. whenever her sleep is disturbed, she sucks her thumb and goes back to sleep. I have tried offering her nipple, putting on mittens, feeding her but she resists all these and cries till she is allowed to suck her thumb. how to break this habit?

A. You have to keep telling no no no. Slowly they Wil realise its wrong . make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep.
