my baby strains when ever she pees .she has anal fissure does analfissure hurts whenever baby pees

It actually does hurt it’s a very painful thing for anybody even adults feel a lot of pain and then you think about a child who sensitive anyways I think your child could be having much pain so I’m going to advise you whatever the situation maybe you please go ahead with a check up with your Top and proceed with what they suggest
