My baby stool is harder how to soften it and what to do for weight gain

A. dear parent, Give enough amount and frequency of top food for bulk formation 3 to 4 times a day and at least half Katori per meal important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot, beetroot, papaya, apple, watermelon, banana. whole fruit is better than fruit juice nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread breastfeed child for enough fluid intake , also boiled and cooled water intake.
