my baby stool examination report is showing presence of microorganism in stool what does it indicate

A. it may be any infection. Diarrhoea may be symptom of any gastric infection . In this milk should be avoided as it is not digested well during loose motion . ORS should be given to baby to prevent any type of dehydration .
