my baby stiffens and keeps his arms straight many times a day.. is it normal??? he also turns and moves his arms properly

A. hi well , your baby is too young, and it is hard to judge anything without examining your child. so if you have any doubt regarding your child behavior ,I advise you to consult your pediatrician for this.
