my baby starting to have solid food.he is now 7months old.which time i gave him brake fast lunch and dinner?can u creat a time table for him?

A. Hello good morning !! As baby is 7 months old only feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk. Mid morning 10-11am and evening 4-5pm is best through out the day milk because babies can't digest solids 3 meals easily . Fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, sooji porridge are suggested..
